The Fokker 50 is a two engine turboprop driven aircraft, which can carry up to 56 passengers. In the airBaltic configuration we have installed 46 seats for the increased comfort of our passengers. Its crew consists of two pilots and two cabin attendants.

The aircraft has been designed and manufactured by Fokker Aircraft B.V. the Netherlands - a company with 35 years experience in regional aircraft manufacturing. Today there are more that 200 aircraft of this type flying in different parts of the world.

Along with excellent en-route and runaway performance, the Fokker 50 has low exterior noise and low emission levels, which make it a welcome neighbour, particulary in populated areas.
